Mrs. Winnie Frances Caudell Witcher, 82, of Royston, Ga. died Friday December 12, 2014. funeral services will be Tuesday December 16, 2014 at 11 am at the Pleasant Grove Baptist church Bowman, Ga. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove Baptist church Cemetery. the body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 6 pm to 8 pm Monday evening. the family is at the home of Morris and Teena Witcher Hartwell.
