Mrs. Wilmontine C. Rapp Willis Willis, age 98 of Hartwell entered eternal rest on Thursday, September 17,2020 at Brookdale Assisted Living. At her request, Mrs. Willis was cremated and the family will host a visitation on Thursday, September 24 from 5-7 p.m. at Coile and Hall Funeral Directors in Hartwell. The family will be at their respective homes. Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell will be serving the family of Mrs. Willis.
