Mr. Walbert Monroe Fleming, 88 of Hartwell, Ga. died Friday November 16, 2012 at his home. Funeral Services will be Saturday November 17, 2012 at 2 pm in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be in the Stephens Memorial Gardens, Toccoa, Ga. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 12 to 2 pm Saturday prior to the service. The family is at the home.
