Mrs. Vicki Kay Harvey Blair, age 63 of  Lavonia, Ga. died Monday March 17, 2014 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Friday March 21, 2014 at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. A private burial will follow in Lavonia City Cemetery. The  family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 12 pm until the service hour. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the NEGA Animal Shelter, 870 Bear Creek Road, Lavonia, Ga. 30553. Strickland Funeral Home Lavonia Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
