Mr. Hubert Vernon Synan, Sr, 81 of Franklin Springs, Ga. passed away Wednesday June 8, 2016 at the Landmark Hospital in Athens, Ga. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday June 11, 2016 at the Franklin Springs Pentecostal Holiness Church. Interment will follow in the Franklin Springs city Cemetery.
