Mr. Thomas Walton “Tommy” Richardson, 71, of Hartwell, passed away Monday, October 31, 2022 at AnMed Health Medical Center, Anderson SC. The family will receive friends Saturday, November 5, 2022 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.  Other times the family will be at their respective homes. A celebration of life for Mr. Tommy Richardson will be held Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home with Rev. Warren Lewis and Rev. Phillip Murray officiating. Flowers are optional, memorials may be made to High Point Community Worship Center, 200 Highpoint Ave., Toccoa GA 30577.
