Mr. Terry Jay Gaines, 75, of Hartwell, Georgia died on Monday, January 20, 2020, at his home.  Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2020, at 3pm in the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors in Hartwell, Georgia.
