Mrs. Terra Rowland Brown, 44, of Royston, passed away Monday, February 12, 2023 at Elbert Memorial Hospital in Elberton. The family will receive friends Wednesday afternoon from 12:00 to 2:30 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.  Other times the family will be at the home. Graveside services for Mrs. Terra Brown will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Bowman with Rev. Sean Baughman officiating.
