Mrs. Shirley Frances Motes Rowland, 72 of Hartwell, Ga.  died Saturday September 29, 2012 at her home. Funeral Services will be held Monday October 1, 2012 at 2 pm at Cornerstone Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park. The family is at the home. Flowers are  optional, special memorials may be made to the Cornerstone Baptist Church , 1543 Anderson Highway, Hartwell, Ga. 30543.
