Marcel “Sally” Cooper, age 74, formerly of Lavonia, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 17, 2022, at Lavonia City-Burgess Cemetery with Rev.
