Ruthann Stephanie Kardas Burroughs, age 85, of Carnesville, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville. Mrs. Burroughs request was to be cremated and no formal services are planned at this time. The family will plan a service at a later date.
