Ms. Ruth Ann Bishop Martin, 59, of Arrowhead Drive, Lavonia, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2019 at her home. Ruth Ann wished to be cremated and a graveside service celebrating her life will be held Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 12 noon at Long Cemetery, Apalachee GA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice. The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements
