Ms. Ruth Virginia Rogers Lambert, 86, of Hartwell, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2019 at her daughters home. Graveside services will be Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Memorial Garden of Prayer, Hartwell GA with Rev. Jack Peeler officiating. The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
