Mrs. Rubynell Heaton Bannister, 97, formerly of Hartwell, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at her daughter’s home in Conyers, GA. Funeral service arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.
