Mrs. Ruby Elouise Garris White, age 83, of Franklin Co.. died Friday October 21, 2016 at Pruitt Health Athens, Heritage. The memorial service will be held at 2 pm Tuesday Octover 25, 2016 at Emmanuel Pentecostal Holiness church in Dry Fork, VA. The family will receive friends following the service.
