Mrs. Ruby Nell Fowler Phillips Thain, 94, died on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital in Lavonia, Georgia.  Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 14, 2024, at the B.D.
