Ruby Dowell

Mrs. Ruby Scott Dowell, 88, of Royston, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at Hartwell Health & Rehab. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home. Other times the family will be at their respective homes. Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby Dowell will be held Sunday, September 20, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. Tommy Cleveland officiating. Entombment will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.
