Ruby McCollum Blackmon, age 82, of Canon, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Lavonia with Rev. Teddy King and Rev. Tim Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Memorial Gardens – North.
