Mr. Robert Harold Looney, age 75, of Lavonia, GA passed away Monday, September 11, 2017 at St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital following a brief illness. The graveside service with military honors will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 15, 2017 at the Lavonia City ~ Burgess Cemetery with Rev. Steve Albanese officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. At other hours, the family will be at the home.
