Rev. Elbert Starks, age 79 of Hartwell, GA., went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Pruitt Health Toccoa. The body is at the funeral home where the family will host a visitation on Monday, September 14, 2020 from 5-7 p.m. at Coile and Hall Funeral Directors.
