Randy Fisher

Mr. Richard Randolph “Randy” Fisher, 74, of Hartwell, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017 at his home. Randy has requested that there be no visitation or funeral service. He wished for only his immediate family to meet at his residence to celebrate his life. The family requests in lieu of flowers, please donate in his name to the Hart County Humane Society, P.O. Box 1062, Hartwell, GA 30643. The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
