Ralph James Ballenger, 90, of Homer, Georgia passed away Wednesday afternoon, March 8, 2023, at his home. Services will be Friday afternoon at 2pm at the B D Ginn Memorial Chapel. Interment will be in Jackson Murry Cemetery in the Nails Creek Community. The body is at Ginn Funeral Home. The family will be at their respective homes.
