Mr. Raborn W. Risner, 80, of Hartwell, passed away Friday, February 1, 2019 at his home. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. John Silver and Rev. James Sexton officiating. Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park. The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon. The family will be at the home. Flowers optional, memorials may be made to Hart County Camp, Gideons International, PO Box 59, Hartwell GA 30643. The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
