Public Input Requested for State Babies Can’t Wait Program

The Georgia Department of Public Health’s Babies Can’t Wait program is asking for public comments for their Fiscal 2016 State Application.

“The Babies Can’t Wait Program is an important state program to prevent developmental problems in babies,” said District Two Public Health spokesman Dave Palmer.

The Department of Public Health is invites interested persons to attend Public Hearings and present public comments.

In our area, a public hearing takes place March 7th from 4p to 6p in Gainesville at the Gainesville Health District Children with Special Needs Conference Room.

The deadline to submit a comment via fax, email, or by mail is April 15th.
