Phyllis Girtman Fleming, age 72, of Lavonia, passed away Sunday, December 17, 2023 at her home. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home with Dr. Larry Finger officiating.
