Mrs. Patsy Sue Thrasher Bowers Carpenter, 68, of Hartwell, Georgia, died on Friday, July 22, 2022, at Landmark Hospital in Athens, Georgia.  Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 24, 2022, at 6:00pm in the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors.  Cremation will follow the service.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until the service hour on Sunday, July 24, 2022.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors to help with funeral expenses.  Online condolences may also be sent to the family by visiting www.coileandhallfd.com.  Coile and Hall Funeral Directors – Hartwell, Georgia, is in charge of the arrangements.
