Otis Parr

Otis Parr, age 63, of Clarkesville, passed away Monday, July 11, 2022 at his home. The funeral service will be held at 2 pm Thursday, July 14th, 2022 at New Vision Worship Center. Burial will follow in the Alto Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church Wednesday from 2 to 4pm then from 6 to 8.
