Mr. Oscar William Rowland, 87, of Royston, GA passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018, at his home. Funeral services for Mr. Rowland will be held in the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 20, 2018, with Rev. Sean Baughman and Rev. Gene Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Bowman, GA. The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until funeral on Thursday afternoon. The family is at the home.  Flowers are optional; memorials may be made to the Victory Baptist Church Building Fund at  P.O. Box 106 Dewy Rose, GA 30634.  Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston, GA is in charge of arrangements.
