Mrs. Olivia Hicks Cobb, 87, of Hartwell passed away Saturday September 3, 2016 at the Elbert Memorial Hospital in Elberton. Funeral services will be Tuesday September 6, 2016 at 2 pm in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 12 noon to 2 pm Tuesday afternoon. The family is at their respective homes.
