No Early Voting Today

Just a reminder that if you missed your chance to vote early, there is no early voting today.

You will have to wait until tomorrow, Election Day, to vote.

For the past three weeks, those wishing to early vote in – person have been going to a central location to cast their ballots.

In Hart County, that was the Hart County Public Library.

In Franklin County, that was the old Carnesville Elementary School, and in Stephens County that was the County Registrar’s office.

But tomorrow you need to vote in your designated precinct poling place.

Franklin County Elections Supervisor Gina Kesler reminds voters to make sure they know where their poling place is.

In Franklin County, voters in three precincts received new precinct cards this month directing them to their new poling places.

All Lavonia voters inside the City limits will now vote at the Lavonia Community Center.

North Franklin voters in the Gumlog Community will go Tuesday to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, and the Royston area voters will go to the Royston Train Depot.

If you are not sure where your poling place is tomorrow you can go online to the Secretary of State Web site at sos.ga.gov and click on My Voter Page.  You will put in your name and county and it will tell you where you go to vote.
