Mrs. Nellie Ruth Hartsfield “Nelle”, age 92, a longtime resident of Franklin Springs, GA, passed away March 4, 2022, at Brookdale Assisted Living Community in Hartwell, Georgia. Funeral services for Mrs. Hartsfield will be held in the Franklin Springs Pentecostal Holiness Church at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, with Pastor Harrison Lampley presiding. Interment will follow in the Franklin Springs City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:30 p.m. until funeral hour on Wednesday afternoon. During other times, the family will be at their respective homes. In lieu of flowers, please give to the Playground Improvement Fund at the Springs Church in honor of Nelle’s many years of service to the children there. Donations may be sent to FSPHC, P.O.
