Most Area Schools Open Friday

 Franklin, Hart, Elbert, Stephens and Madison County schools are open Friday and will resume their normal schedules.

However, Habersham County schools and Rabun County schools are closed today. Also, Oconee County, SC schools are on a 2 hour delay.
