Milliken Hiring: Job Fair June 30 at Gainesville Career Center

Job seekers need to jot down June 30th on their calendars and plan a trip to Gainesville to the Georgia Department of Labor’s Career Center.

Milliken is looking to hire 60 manufacturing associates for their plant at New Holland in Hall County.

The recruitment will be held Tuesday, June 30, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the career center, 2756 Atlanta Highway.

The staffing company is recruiting warping, spinning, winding and slashing operators, along with creelers, packers and other warehouse workers.

While no previous manufacturing experience is necessary for the jobs, applicants must have a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED).

Applicants should bring a copy of their resume, or work history, and dress appropriately to improve their chances for employment.

Salaries begin at $11.41 an hour.
