Mrs. Mildred Elizabeth Starr Holland, 91, of Hartwell, passed away Sunday October 2, 2016 at Hartwell Health & Rehab. Memorial services will be Wednesday October 5, 2016 at 11 am at the Hartwell First United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 10 am to 11 am Wednesday prior to the service. The fmaily is at their respective homes. Memorials may be made to the Hartwell First United Methodist Church Building Fund Hartwell, Ga. or the Salvation Army Ga. Division Norcross, GA.
