Mary Jo Whitworth

Mary Jo Milford Whitworth, age 92, of the Red Hill Community, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Pruitt Athens Heritage following an extended illness. The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 1st, 2022 at Broad River Baptist Church with Rev. Brandon Crunkleton officiating. A reception will follow the service. Mrs. Whitworth was cremated in accordance with her request. Strickland Funeral Home of Lavonia is in charge of the arrangements.
