Mr. Arthur M. “Mann” Sanford, 75, of Hartwell, Georgia, died on Sunday, February 3, 2013.  Funeral  Services will be Tuesday February 5, 2013 at 2 pm in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park with Masonic Rites. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 6 pm to 8 pm Monday night. The family is at their respective homes.
