Otha Louise Gillepsie Garrison, 90, of Carnesville, Ga. passed away Wednesday February 24, 2016 at the Hill Haven Nursing Home. Services will be Friday afternoon at 2 pm at the Indian Creek Baptist Church. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The body is at Ginn funeral Home and will be placed in the church at 1:30 pm Friday afternoon. The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends from 6 pm until 8 pm Thursday evening at Ginn Funeral Home. Flowers are welcome but those wishing to make memorials please do so the the Indian Creek Baptist Church Cemetery Fund Carnesville, Ga. Ginn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
