Local Banks Close Lobbies to Walk-in Traffic

Local Banks in Franklin, Hart, and Stephens counties are limiting walk-in access at their branches in an effort to protect and citizens from COVID-19.

Pinnacle Bank is assuring its customers that they are not going anywhere.

However, they are working to keep employees and customers safe while remaining ready to assist you with your financial and banking needs.

Beginning today Pinnacle Bank lobbies are closed to the public but they are open and committed to assisting you with all your banking needs.

Drive-Thru Windows & Drawers are still open Monday-Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
Additionally, the Pinny Drive Thru Teller, is also available Monday – Friday, 7 am – 7 pm & Saturday, 8 am – 2 pm

Also, Night Drop service is still available after hours and weekends.

If you need to speak with a lender, you can call your branch number direct dial number or visit the branch. Someone will meet you at the door.

And if customers need to access to a Safe Deposit Box, you can still visit the branch and someone will meet you at the door.

Meantime, lobbies at all First Citizen Bank locations in Franklin, Hart and Stephens counties are closed to walk-in traffic but all of their drive-throughs are open.

And all Northeast Georgia Bank locations in Franklin, Hart, and Stephens counties have closed their walk-in lobbies but they continue to offer full drive thru service during normal business hours.

Should the need arise to come inside our lobby, they will assist customers on an individual basis.
