Downtown Lavonia Sidewalk Sale Today

Shoppers looking to pick up a deal or a bargain may want to take advantage of the second annual Lavonia Sidewalk Sale today.

Sponsored by the Lavonia Downtown Development Authority Morse said the goal is to promote and showcase their merchandise.

Shop owners will be selling their goods along the streets of downtown Lavonia today from 10a to 5p, according to Morse.

“The sidewalk sale will be in front of local businesses downtown, who will have items for sale,” Morse said. “While most businesses will set up their merchandise outside their storefronts for the sale, some will also be located on the grass by the Gazebo.”

Last year was the first time Lavonia held a Sidewalk Sale. Morse said it was a such a success, they plan to make it an annual event.
