Lavonia Roundtable Coming Up Tuesday

Lavonia business owners, community workers, and volunteers are invited to a another special roundtable discussion Tuesday morning at the Lavonia Train Depot.

The Lavonia Downtown Development Authority is hosting the Round Table for Lavonia Businesses, Community Leaders, Organizations, and Volunteers.

DDA Executive Director Barbara Busby tells WLHR News this is an opportunity to find out about what’s going on in the city.

“It’s a networking opportunity for Lavonia business or Lavonia community volunteers to learn what’s happening and what’s coming up, and to share what they have happening.”

Attendees will have an opportunity to promote special events, announcements, or sales with the group during the open mic portion.

There will be a light complementary breakfast.

The roundtable takes place at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 13, at the Lavonia Train Depot.  Admission is free.
