Larry Saxon

Mr. Larry Douglas Saxon, 75, of Dewy Rose, GA passed away on Monday, August 12, 2019, at the Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, GA. Funeral services for Mr. Saxon will be held in the Unity Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 15, 2019, with Rev. Roger Elrod and Rev. Jack McVeigh officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening. Mr. Saxon will be placed in the church from 1:30 p.m. until funeral hour on Thursday afternoon. The family is at the home.  In lieu of flowers; memorials may be made to Gideons International at Gideons International Processing Center, P.O. 97251 Washington, DC 20090.  Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston, GA is in charge of arrangements.
