Mr. Charles Keith Kirkland, 62, of Hartwell, passed away Friday, July 12, 2019 in Seneca, SC. A memorial service celebrating Keith’s life will be held Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 3:00 pm at the First Baptist Church of Hartwell with Mr. Danny Nelson and Rev. Carter Tucker officiating. The family with receive friends from 1:00 to 2:45 prior to the service on Saturday.
