Kathleen Sparks Ballew, age 84, of Lavonia, GA, passed away December 3, 2018 at Sacred Heart Hospital, Lavonia, GA with her family by her side.  The family will receive friends Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
