Julia Ann Carter, 74, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away June 1, 2023, at her home. Services will be Sunday afternoon at 2pm at B D Ginn Memorial Chapel with Pastor Allen Cox. Interment will be at Carnes Creek Baptist Church, Toccoa, GA. Julia is at Ginn Funeral Home, Carnesville.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3pm until 5pm Saturday afternoon.
