Mrs. Joyce Walters, 62 of Hartwell Ga. died Tuesday April 23, 2013 at her home.  Memorial services will be Saturday April 27, 2013 at 11 am in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 6 pm to 8 pm Friday night. The family is at the home of Amanda & Michael Hill Hartwell. Flowers optional, memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice. Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
