Mrs. Mildred Joyce Collier Hilliard, 88, of Bowersville GA, wife of the late Sam Bowers Hilliard, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021 at her home. Funeral service arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.
