Mrs. Ruby Joyce Massey Green, 62, of Hartwell, passed away Monday, June 26, 2023 at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.  Other times the family will be at the home. Funeral services for Mrs. Joyce Green will be held Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Revs. Andy Huff, Todd Huff, and Hulon Bryant officiating.  Burial will be in the New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery. Flowers optional, memorials may be made to the Grace Baptist Church, P.O. Box 183, Royston, GA 30643.
