Ms. Josephine Rucker, age 61 of Hartwell, Ga., passed away peacefully at her sons home on Monday, August 7, 2023. Funeral service will be Monday, August 14,  2023 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. Burial will follow at the Brown Grove Cemetery in Royston, GA.
