Mr. John Robert Hamby, 72, of Athens, formerly of Lavonia, died Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Athens Regional Medical Center. The memorial service will be held at 2 PM Sunday March 5, 2017 at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home.
