Mr. Joe Fred Chapman, 90, died on Saturday, May 31, 2014.  Funeral services will be Tuesday June 3, 3014 at 11 am in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with burial in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell where the family will receive friends from 10 am to 11 am Tuesday morning. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made tot he Hartwell First UMC, 200 Howell Street Hartwell, Ga. 30643 or to the organization of one’s choice.
